There are a lot of decisions and product choices that go into designing a great bathroom. Every element you choose will have an impact on the final design. With any renovation, there is usually one piece that is designed to stand out. Looking for a statement piece for your bathroom renovation project? Think about a vanity countertop to be the focal point of the room.

Below is a list of 5 of the most popular bathroom vanity countertop options for you to consider:

Granite

This is perhaps the most popular choice for bathroom vanity countertops. There is something very appealing about a natural stone finish. It has been wanted for years because of its versatility. It looks great and it’s very durable. It’s resilient to heat and humidity. Plus, each slab has a unique colour combination and design that makes it truly one of a kind.

Quartz

Quartz has become immensely popular with homeowners as an alternative to granite. One of its biggest selling points is its durability. It’s completely waterproof and does not need to be sealed. This makes it ideal for a bathroom. It’s also easy to clean. But what makes it stand out from granite is the colour options. Because it is engineered, you can select from many different patterns and hues.

Concrete

This has become a popular choice in recent years for bathroom and kitchen counters. Concrete creates a more modern and industrial look and feel. Most are customized to give each vanity a unique look. You can choose from a variety of textures and colours to give your vanity a one-of-a-kind design.

Butcher Block/ reclaimed wood

If you are looking for an eye-catching countertop, then consider a butcher block or reclaimed wood top. This will create a lighter and more natural look for your space. The wood grain gives it a traditional look. Plus, you can choose from many distinct types of wood.

Porcelain

There are a lot of other elements in your bathroom made of porcelain, so why not your vanity countertops too? You have a variety of design options, colours, and finishes you can choose from to create the perfect look for your bathroom.
These are only 5 of the many options you can consider for your vanity countertops.
